Ways to pay your bill

Pay us in the way that suits you best. Take a look at the different ways you can pay below.

You just need your customer number and payment reference, which you’ll find in the top right corner of your latest bill. The whole thing should only take a few minutes.

Paying with cash or cheque at the bank or post office

Pay your bill at the bank or post office with either a cheque or cash. Please take the payment slip from the bill with you to make the payment.

 

Paying by online banking

We've changed banks – from Natwest to HSBC. If you pay by Direct Debit, you don't need to do anything – these details will update automatically.
But if you pay by Bacs, standing order, or directly through your bank, you’ll need to update our account information to:

  • Sort code: 40-02-50
  • Account number: 91426907

Please note: You must quote the payment reference from the top-right corner of your bill.
