  • Help with your bills and financial support available if you’re struggling to pay
  • What’s being done to prevent blockages, pollutions, and flooding in your area
  • How we’re working with partners to fix local illegal connections that have caused pollutions
  • Our draft business plan which outlines our investment plans for 2025-30
  • Our extensive community and schools' education programme

“We want to understand our customers’ concerns and take action to tackle them. We are here to listen and be transparent.”

“We are really stepping up our efforts in the local area and are keen to work closer with our stakeholders. However, we cannot achieve the change we need alone and are excited to work with partners to deliver the change our customers want and deserve.”
