We provide a 24/7 service to the media - providing news, updates, interview requests and further information on Southern Water's work.
Journalists with a media enquiry or interview request can contact the media team directly on 01903 272230 or via [email protected] between 8.00am–6.00pm, Monday to Friday.
Please note that if you are emailing outside of these times, during evenings, at the weekend or during public holidays, your email will not be picked up until the next working day. For urgent queries only, which cannot wait until the next working day, please call 01903 272230 and you will be redirected to the on duty press officer.
