We’re improving our online services. GetConnected, our new online portal, makes it easier for you to apply, track and make payments for water and waste supply services. Any applications submitted before the 1 July 2021 will still be processed as normal but you will not be able to view them. If you were registered on the old portal, you will need to register your details using the 'Sign up' button and create a new account.
