UPDATE - Friday 11 August - 12:10pm

We’re sorry some customers in Cobham postcode areas ME2 and some of ME3 experienced a loss of water or low pressure caused by a major burst water main in the area.

Our teams have stabilised the burst and everyone is now back in supply. The longer-term repair to fix the burst main will take time due to the complexity of the site.

Flooding Response

Our customer support teams are continuing to work with householders who have been flooded as a result of the initial burst. Anyone who is impacted should go through their own insurers in the first instance. We’re sorry for the pain and worry this must be causing.

UPDATE - Thursday 10 August - 12:00

We apologise for the ongoing disruption some customers may be experiencing in Cobham, postcode areas ME2 and some of ME3.

The location of the burst is complex, but our teams have now isolated the main and once this is stable will start excavation and repair.

As a precaution, bottled water deliveries are being made to customers on our Priority Services Register, and we’re working to setup a bottled water station.

Unfortunately, due to the scale of the burst, a small number of properties in the area have been flooded. Our customer support teams are working with householders to support them. Anyone impacted should contact their own insurers in the first instance as they will have access to the support needed.
