UPDATE: Burst water main in Hastings

We’re really sorry again for the disruption caused by our emergency works to a burst water main in the Hastings area. Most of our affected customers should have their supply back. 

UPDATE: Burst water main in the Hastings area

Repairs to the burst water main in the Hastings area are complete, and we are now recharging the network. This will take a few hours as it is a very large pipe and supplies raw water into our water treatment site which then pumps treated water through the network to customers’ homes.

We’ve identified a water main burst linked to one of our water supply works in the Hastings area, which will likely lead to some customers losing water supply later on this morning.
