Keeping people connected to their community

During lockdown employees from Southern Water have been providing a friendly voice (on the other end of the line/by phone) to an older person who might not otherwise have someone to regularly chat to.

A call a week can make a massive difference and help to keep people connected to their community throughout what has been a really tough time (especially for the most at risk groups).
