If you're struggling to pay your bill as a result of COVID-19, we're here to help.
Your community is our community because the vast majority of Southern Water employees live and work in the region.
We’re proud of our work with charities! Our employees volunteer and fundraise to support them, and in return our charity partners help us to improve the communities we serve.
With our region's beautiful 700-mile coastline and many miles of rivers, we believe it’s appropriate for us to help teach children to stay safe around water.
We run a community volunteering programme which allows our employees to spend two days paid leave working individually or in a team for their chosen charity or community project each year.
At Southern Water we’re keen to tell you about water, how we deliver it to your home and then treat the wastewater before returning it safely to the environment.
The Southern Water Roadshow team attends community events across our region throughout the year.
We take education seriously, whether it's by providing easy access to information about how our company operates, or through the initiatives we take into schools and the community.
There are so many great things to enjoy across Kent, Sussex, Hampshire and the Isle of Wight, from beaches and beautiful reservoirs to historic tours.
Ensuring we act in a responsible, sustainable way is an essential part of how we work.
