I love my job because I can make a real difference to people’s lives. Being able to provide help and reassurance to people who are facing very difficult circumstances gives a huge buzz. And, of course, I work with a fabulous team as well!
I support our customers by trying to do the best I can every day and encouraging my team to do the same.
