Levels of Service for Water and Sewerage related service

In 2015, Water UK published a set of standards for all Water Companies to adhere to when dealing with household developer/owner regarding provision of Water and Sewerage related services.

Since July of the same year, Water UK have been reporting monthly on the performance of Water Companies and their ability to complete relevant tasks with defined periods. Please visit the Water UK site for full details: www.water.org.uk/developer-services

All Water Companies must provide monthly updates and can be audited on the details provided. This data provides transparency about performance and helps to improve standards of delivery to developers, self-lay providers (SLPs) and new appointees (NAVs). These standards also form part of the government initiative to publish levels of service for all utility providers.
