Request a payment break

We’re offering payment breaks to customers who are struggling to pay their bills. To request a payment break, please fill in the online form below.

We’ll put your account on hold for three months. After this time, we’ll contact you to discuss your situation and the best payment option for your circumstances.

You don’t need to wait for acknowledgement – once we have received and processed your request, your payment break will begin.
