When you access Your Account on a smartphone, PC or tablet, you can:
- pay your bill
- set up a Direct Debit
- view current and past bills and payments
- go paperless - choose online bills with email reminders
- amend your account details
- tell us when you’re moving house
- track and compare your water usage
- if you have a meter, submit a reading.
How to sign up
All you need to get started is your customer reference number – you’ll find it in the top right corner of your bill.
