You'll just need the customer number and payment reference from the top right corner of your latest bill.

Paying by online banking
We've changed banks – from Natwest to HSBC. If you pay by Direct Debit, you don't need to do anything – these details will update automatically.
But if you pay by Bacs, standing order, or directly through your bank, you’ll need to update our account information to:
